Claims: the number almost nobody has
8,408 of 8,687 builders have zero QBCC claims against them. The median is zero and so is the ninetieth percentile — meaning fewer than one builder in ten has any claim at all.
So a claim is not a routine cost of doing business; it is unusual. One claim puts a builder outside the top 90% of the register, which is worth knowing before it gets explained away as normal.
